Orders must be placed well in advance of the event, and a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within one week of providing a quote to secure the order.
Prices are subject to market fluctuations, but the price quoted at the time of deposit is final. Full payment of the order is due 30 days prior to the required date
Flowers can be collected from our headquarters in Monash, Tuggeranong, ACT or delivered to Canberra and surrounding regions for an additional fee. Arrangements for delivery or collection must be confirmed at the time of order.

Changes to the order can be made up to 30 days before the required date. Final payment is acknowledgment that no further changes will be made to the order.
We guarantee the quality of our flowers at the time of collection or delivery. Once the flowers are collected or delivered and accepted, Rosewood Cottage Flowers is not liable for their condition. We understand that extreme circumstances can occur and encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible in cases of emergency.
